A book of photography that is not only a book of photography. Fashion photographs that are not (only) fashion shootings. Bottega Veneta showcases the whole amazing visual heritage that made the Italian luxury brand an international top griffe.
It’s “The Art of Collaboration” (ed. Rizzoli) a new coffee table book that collects thirteen years (almost 1.000 pictures) of advertising campaigns for Bottega Veneta. Launched a few days ago in Milan, this special project is going to be presented in New York in the upcoming weeks, followed almost certainly by a travelling exhibition.
Along the years, the company teamed up with famous photographers including Nobuyoshi Araki, Nan Goldin, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Pieter Hugo, Peter Lindbergh and Juergen Teller.
Meanwhile, it’s official that the Italian luxury brand has tapped Raymond Meier to shoot its 2016 cruise advertising campaign, debuting in December. The Swiss photographer lensed models Josephine Le Tutour and Ben Allen with New York’s skyline as a background.
